Supplier Code of Conduct

Standards and expectations for all vendors, contractors, and partners doing business with FORESTER CREDO LIMITED Limited.

1. Compliance with Laws

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate. Where local laws and this Code differ, we expect suppliers to adhere to the higher standard.

2. Business Ethics & Anti-Corruption

UK Bribery Act 2010

FORESTER CREDO LIMITED maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Suppliers must not offer, pay, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments to influence business outcomes.

  • Gifts & Hospitality: Suppliers must not offer excessive gifts or entertainment to FORESTER CREDO LIMITED employees that could be perceived as a bribe.
  • Conflict of Interest: Suppliers must disclose any potential conflict of interest (e.g., a family relationship with a FORESTER CREDO LIMITED employee) prior to entering a contract.

3. Labor & Human Rights

We expect our suppliers to uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity and respect, in alignment with the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.

Freely Chosen Employment

Forced, bonded, or indentured labor is strictly prohibited. Employees must be free to leave their employment after reasonable notice.

No Child Labor

Suppliers shall not employ workers under the legal age of employment in their jurisdiction. Young workers must not perform hazardous work.

4. Environmental Stewardship

As an IT infrastructure provider, we are conscious of our environmental footprint. We expect suppliers (especially Data Centers and Hardware Manufacturers) to:

  • Energy Efficiency: Strive to improve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) in data center operations.
  • E-Waste (WEEE): Ensure responsible disposal and recycling of electronic equipment in compliance with WEEE directives.
  • Hazardous Materials: Comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) regulations regarding lead, mercury, and cadmium in hardware.

5. Conflict Minerals

Suppliers of hardware components must exercise due diligence to ensure that products containing tantalum, tin, tungsten, or gold (3TG) do not directly or indirectly finance armed groups in conflict-affected regions.

6. Information Security & Data Privacy

Suppliers trusted with FORESTER CREDO LIMITED's confidential information or customer data must:

  • Comply with GDPR/UK Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to prevent data breaches.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and use software only in accordance with licensing agreements.

7. Monitoring & Right to Audit

FORESTER CREDO LIMITED Limited reserves the right to audit Supplier compliance with this Code. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the business relationship and legal action.
