Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that FORESTER CREDO LIMITED Limited has taken to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Fiscal Year: 2026
1. Organization Structure & Supply Chain
FORESTER CREDO LIMITED Limited is a UK-based provider of Managed Cloud Infrastructure and IT Consulting services. While our direct workforce consists of skilled professionals (low risk), we recognize that the IT hardware supply chain carries inherent risks.
Our Supply Chain Includes:
- Hardware Manufacturers: Suppliers of servers, networking equipment, and components (often manufactured in Asia).
- Data Center Operators: Third-party facilities where our physical infrastructure is collocated.
- SaaS Providers: Software vendors supporting our billing and operational systems.
2. Our Policies
We operate the following policies that describe our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
- Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organization.
- Supplier Code of Conduct: We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers adhere to the highest standards of ethics. Suppliers are required to demonstrate that they provide safe working conditions and treat workers with dignity and respect.
- Recruitment Policy: We use only specified, reputable employment agencies to source labor and always verify the practices of any new agency we use.
3. Due Diligence Processes
We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. Our due diligence and reviews include:
Supplier Mapping
Mapping the supply chain broadly to assess particular product or geographical risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Audits & Rights
Invoking sanctions against suppliers that fail to improve their performance in line with an action plan or seriously violate our supplier code of conduct.
4. Risk Assessment
We consider the greatest risk of slavery and human trafficking to be in our upstream hardware supply chain, particularly regarding the extraction of raw minerals (e.g., cobalt, gold) used in server components.
To mitigate this, we prioritize hardware vendors who are members of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
5. Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our relevant members of staff. All Directors have been briefed on the subject.
